Description

Old English "dump" paperweight. made with green bottle glass. Unusual terra cotta figure of a female child or possibly a doll standing on a 3/4" high clear glass pedestal.. Terra cotta figure is intact and in very good condition. There is a hole in the child's head which appears to be deliberate(??) during the making. Bubbles around the terra cotta, as made. Paperweight is 3 7/8" tall and 2 3/8" wide. Some pieces of cullet. Flea bite chip at 2 o'clock in the main photo where there is a tiny black spot. Color of glass is medium translucent green. (Color is in the eye of the beholder) Pictures are part of the description.
