The yellow gold was lined with silver in the places where the diamonds are set. These diamonds are held with grains. The emeralds are located in the connecting parts and are set in delicate bezel settings. The opals centrally located in each part are set in covered settings. An underlying box lock serves as the closure, and a chain is attached to one side for additional security. Although the bracelet is antique, there are no signs of repair.
