The shortest setting works for me and I usually wear a 7.25" bracelet but it's adjustable so it will fit most wrist sizes. If you want to wear it as a bracelet make sure to measure your wrist to make sure it will work for you. I've used gorgeous purple sapphires, multi colored opals and green chrome diopside as the main gem. I've put a charm at the end which is not only pretty but makes it easier to hold and put the bracelet on for yourself. I’ve strung this on flex wire for a comfortable to wear piece.
