Returns The UK Distance Selling Regulations apply to most Buy it Now purchases (but they do not cover conventional auctions). Please contact me first if you wish to return an item. Please note: The buyer must pay for the return postage ( unless I am at fault and I have agreed in advance to refund the postage ), and may wish to insure against loss and/or damage. The item must be received by me in the same condition that it was sent - otherwise there will be a charge for any damage and/or depreciation. There is no legal requirement for me to accept returns on conventional auctions unless the item is materially different from the description - not, for example, if the buyer just changes their mind in due course. Any agreement by me to accept such a return would be a courtesy rather than a legal requirement.
