Description

This is a Very Unique and hard to aquire braclet. I was at a Western Market Show in 1991 and bought 3, I have had them put away thinking I would open a shop later. I have the other 2 listed separately on my page because the settings are different. They are the same price, though. All of the bracelets measure 7 5/8" end to end, but closure measures 6 3/8". The closure is a very safe clip clasp. I don't think you will find any more like them. The stones came from Australia and were designed by a Jewler in Mexico. Please look at all the pictures as they are part of the description. If you have any questions about the Bracelets, Please message me about it before you make your purchase. I have put a description below so you can read the history of the Moss Opals. Australia is still - rightly - considered the "motherland" of opals and fascinates with numerous valuable precious opal varieties. Less well-known than their opalescent counterparts, but also very popular among collectors and opal fans, are opal varieties with no play-of-colour. Such stones are found around the town of Norseman in Western Australia. This area is known for its rich mineral resources and owes its economic strength to large deposits of gold, crude oil, natural gas, and diamonds. However, this area is also known to opal connoisseurs as a source for fascinating Moss Opals, mysterious Landscape Opals, and sunny Orange Opals - an orange-coloured, individually structured opal variety. These stunning stones also have their admirers among opal collectors!
