Description
This is a vintage hand-blown Murano glass paperweight in the shape of a cone egg. It features blue and white orchid flowers and dahlia. The paperweight is about 3 1/4" tall and 2 1/2" wide at its widest point. The glassmaking technique used is blown glass. The paperweight has two small chips. It is reminiscent of Delft pottery and is from the mid-century modern era of the 1940s-1950s. It can also be used as a vase, lampshade, lampshade figurine, or aquarium.
