Description

For your consideration this substantial weighty Moon stone style glass cabochon with opalescent fire flowing throughout. The cabs overall have an almost faint periwinkle color to them. It’s a stunning weighty piece. I tried to find the designer for this one. It comes very close to some rare Goldette pieces (see last 2 photos of a similar Goldette/signed slide bracelet) as well as a couple Schiaparelli braceletes but I never found anything that I could say made me feel it was one or the other with absolute certainty. It has an old world Florenza feel to it as well, slide design with high end settings settings as well as heavy texture on the backside. It’s every designer rolled into one! If someone knows; I am all ears. It’s noticeably weighty from both the glass cabs, the settings as well as being set on chains flanked by gold tone brass beads. It looks and feels expensive. I can’t imagine anyone who loves this style being disappointed. It’s very regal. I can’t speak to the finish or quality of the finish as I have never seen this exact style before. I see a faint hint of wear on the underside of a corner of the clasp but the finish is consistent through out apart from that. I don’t see pitting or any thing that resembles obvious wear. I’d say this finish is intact overall to what was it's original intended design. It measures 1 x 8 There is a textured design lining the back of the bracelet as well as the edges of the stones and at the ends where the clasps begin. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions. I will do my best to respond promptly. ***I try to always get the best photos possible with no photoshop, editing or filters showing items as they look in person with no surprises. I am a “seasonal seller” listing twice yearly (fall and spring) since 2007 selling both; lots & individual pieces. Please bare in mind that even with years of experience examining and studying vintage items through the ages that there are some pieces I still can’t identify & there are also flaws that I miss. If I don’t know I will tell you. It’s never my intention to mislead a buyer. Thank you so much for checking out my listing. ALL SALES FINAL
